About the Role:
You will lead Care Access PBC partnerships with public and private payers — from national insurers to regional health plans. Your role will be to unlock value through integration, reimbursement innovation, and scalable patient access programs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with health plans, MCOs, TPAs, and reinsurers.
- Negotiate value-based reimbursement models and digital care bundles.
- Support product alignment for payer-facing workflows and data exchange (e.g. claims, eligibility).
- Partner with regulatory and clinical teams to ensure payer readiness and compliance.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in payer engagement, value-based contracting, or plan innovation.
- Deep knowledge of commercial and government health plan structures.
- Experience in digital health, RPM, or AI-powered care a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
