Care Access PBC is proud to establish its Global Clinical, Data, Legal & Outreach Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland — the epicenter of international public health governance, humanitarian law, and patient advocacy. Opening in Q1 2026, this office will anchor our commitment to clinical excellence, ethical AI, nonprofit integration, and equitable care delivery across all borders.

This headquarters will serve as the primary international regulatory, medical, legal, and nonprofit coordination office for Care Access PBC Access, complementing our U.S.-based operational and technology headquarters.

Mission of the Geneva HQ

Legitimacy, Equity, and Global Readiness

While our U.S. headquarters powers engineering, growth, and digital infrastructure, the Geneva office ensures everything we build is aligned with global medical, legal, and ethical standards — ready for implementation in 100+ jurisdictions.

From Geneva, we will:

  • Govern clinical strategy, provider credentialing, and safety standards
  • Coordinate compliance with global health law, data sovereignty, and patient rights
  • Lead nonprofit and multilateral collaboration (e.g., WHO, UN agencies, NGOs)
  • Oversee global research, pilots, and community-driven deployments

Functional Divisions Based in Geneva

Global Clinical Affairs & Licensing Oversight

  • Set credentialing standards for providers across all partner countries
  • Oversee clinical triage accuracy, regional safety adaptation, and case escalation
  • Manage medical board relations and specialist panel governance

Cross-Border Health Law & Data Rights Division

  • Monitor compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, EHDS, and regional frameworks
  • Establish lawful interoperability frameworks for pseudonymized and federated health data
  • Serve as Care Access PBC’s legal clearinghouse for jurisdictional onboarding and licensing

Global Nonprofit & Interagency Coordination Office

  • Act as Care Access PBC’s liaison with WHO, UNHCR, ICRC, MSF, GAVI, and regional NGOs
  • Oversee co-development of community-based programs with local nonprofits
  • Maintain transparency, reporting, and ethics alignment for philanthropic operations

Global R&D, Trials, and Medical Innovation Programs

  • Lead real-world evidence (RWE) generation with global research hospitals
  • Structure ethically compliant AI model testing and post-market monitoring
  • Operate open-access medical knowledge exchanges for underserved regions

International Policy, Advocacy & Outreach Bureau

  • Host international summits, roundtables, and ethics councils on care access and AI
  • Coordinate advocacy campaigns for digital health inclusion and underserved populations
  • Maintain multilingual patient rights documentation and informed consent frameworks

Geneva HQ Strategic Role

The Geneva office will serve as the official seat of Care Access PBC’s global compliance and humanitarian coordination infrastructure, maintaining legal standing for our work across:

  • Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, MENA, and Latin America
  • Conflict zones, refugee networks, and post-disaster health coordination
  • Public–private partnerships, international trials, and universal access initiatives

It will also function as our R&D and ethical validation center, ensuring that all AI-assisted care solutions meet medical, regulatory, and community accountability thresholds before launch in any jurisdiction.
