Creative Director – Global Health & Tech

About the Role:

Bring the soul of Care Access PBC to life through design. You’ll lead our visual storytelling across all channels — from our first product experience to investor decks, campaigns, and social activations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the brand's visual identity across digital, video, print, and product.
  • Guide art direction for UI/UX, illustrations, campaigns, and global content.
  • Collaborate with founders, marketing, and engineers to shape user perception and trust.
  • Build and manage a small but mighty creative team.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in design or creative direction with a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, motion/video a plus.
  • Experience in health tech, global brands, or mission-led orgs is a strong advantage.
