VP of Sales & Business Development – Global Health Tech

About the Role:

You will lead the revenue engine for WorldCare — building relationships with hospitals, governments, insurers, and international partners to scale our care access platform worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute sales strategy for B2B, B2G, and enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage a global sales team across verticals and regions.
  • Structure and close high-value partnerships with health systems, NGOs, and payers.
  • Align with product, legal, and operations to deliver seamless onboarding and ROI.
  • Represent WorldCare at events, demos, and public briefings.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in health tech, SaaS, or digital health sales.
  • Strong enterprise or government deal track record ($1M+ ACVs).
  • Global experience with cross-border partnerships or multi-lingual markets.
  • Passion for social impact and scaling access to care.
