About the Role:

You’ll lead strategic commercial partnerships — from major employers and digital health platforms to pharma, transport, and wellness companies — integrating Care Access PBC into their offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and structure commercial deals that expand distribution and adoption.
  • Lead co-branded partnerships and custom enterprise packages.
  • Coordinate product integrations, licensing agreements, and B2B expansion.
  • Partner with finance and legal to align deal terms and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in corporate development, partnerships, or commercial sales.
  • Experience closing enterprise health, wellness, or platform deals.
  • Strong business case development and executive negotiation skills.
  • Startup, Fortune 500, and/or cross-sector experience valued.
