About the Role:
Help Care Access PBC scale responsibly. You’ll lead the design of tools and workflows that uphold user safety, ensure equitable access, and manage abuse and misinformation risks on an AI-powered care platform.
Responsibilities:
- Define trust & safety product roadmaps and enforcement models.
- Build AI safety dashboards, reporting tools, and moderation pipelines.
- Collaborate with UX and policy teams to implement ethical defaults and transparency.
- Proactively identify and mitigate platform abuse or disinformation risk.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product management or trust & safety operations.
- Experience in moderation, compliance tech, or safety tooling.
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific misinformation challenges.
- Strong instincts for risk detection and UX ethics.
