About the Role:
You’ll build the privacy layer of a global care infrastructure. From encryption-at-rest to consent management and audit logs, you’ll ensure every feature complies with strict security and privacy expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement data minimization, pseudonymization, and encryption controls.
- Build consent frameworks and access control infrastructure.
- Integrate privacy-preserving techniques in AI and analytics pipelines.
- Conduct technical privacy reviews for new features and partnerships.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in backend, security, or privacy engineering.
- Experience with healthcare data systems, EHR integrations, and identity protection.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, and related standards.
- Bonus: experience with PETs (privacy-enhancing technologies).
