Inside Sales / SDR – Global Care Outreach

About the Role:

Join the front lines of Care Access PBC sales team. You’ll identify high-potential leads, schedule discovery calls, and be the human bridge between new partners and our care platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, social, and phone.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the BD team.
  • Maintain CRM data and assist in campaign tracking.
  • Help localize outreach strategies by region or vertical.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years in sales, support, or outreach (startup or agency is a plus).
  • Strong communication and adaptability.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about healthcare, equity, or innovation.
