About the Role:
Help us navigate care access laws, licensing frameworks, and digital health regulations in the U.S. and globally. You’ll advise across departments to ensure all systems are aligned with medical and operational legality.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on digital health compliance, provider liability, and patient rights.
- Guide team on practice-of-medicine rules across key markets.
- Support cross-border telehealth rollouts and localization.
- Help develop internal guidelines, disclosures, and audit readiness materials.
Requirements:
- Law degree or equivalent in health law, policy, or compliance.
- 5+ years in healthcare regulatory, compliance, or hospital system counsel roles.
- Familiarity with U.S. and international digital health legal frameworks.
- Bonus: multilingual or prior work with WHO, USAID, or NGOs.
