About the Role:
Help build the intelligent foundation for Care Access PBC platform: from patient-facing chat and search tools to provider-side dashboards, admin panels, and billing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale user- and provider-facing web apps (React, Next.js preferred).
- Develop and maintain backend APIs, AI agent orchestration, and real-time messaging infrastructure.
- Integrate with 3rd-party APIs (Twilio, Stripe, Uber Health, health record APIs).
- Ensure all systems are secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience with full-stack development (React + Python/Node.js).
- Experience deploying AI-driven features, integrating LLM APIs, and using vector search tools (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Experience with cloud (GCP/AWS), Docker, and CI/CD.
