About the Role:
You will architect the financial roadmap for a global health-tech startup at scale. From operating models and investor reporting to payment systems and compliance, your role touches every dollar and decision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage global financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Lead fundraising strategy support and investor reporting.
- Oversee multi-currency cash flow, grant reporting, and treasury ops.
- Help manage accounting, audit prep, and tax compliance.
- Interface with legal, trust, and partnerships to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
- Deep fluency in financial modeling, fundraising cycles, and international markets.
- Experience with SaaS, healthcare, or social impact ventures a strong plus.
- Bonus: experience with public or hybrid funding models (VC, grants, public listing).
