About the Role:
As CPDPO, you will architect WorldCare’s global data privacy and compliance strategy — from HIPAA and GDPR to emerging AI ethics frameworks. You'll ensure that user trust is not just protected, but earned.
Responsibilities:
- Design and enforce enterprise-wide privacy programs across all data flows.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and global health data regulations.
- Partner with product and AI teams to embed privacy-by-design.
- Lead incident response and cross-border data risk governance.
- Educate internal teams and partners on evolving privacy landscapes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in privacy, infosec, or data compliance roles.
- Proven leadership in HIPAA, GDPR, or cross-border data strategies.
- Legal background (JD, CIPP/E, or CIPP/US) strongly preferred.
- Strong communicator, capable of interfacing with regulators and internal teams.
